Previously, Brad served as Senior Vice President at ManpowerGroup’s Experis Solutions brand, overseeing a $400M North American P&L. He developed market positioning and product alignment strategies for enterprise buyers in manufacturing, retail, and healthcare, advancing the company’s Series A and B investment rounds.

Earlier at TEKsystems (Allegis Group), Brad led Enterprise Applications and Analytics services globally, managing portfolios exceeding $300M with a focus on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation, supplier enablement, and digital sourcing automation.
